Description of the Related Art In general, a semiconductor memory device uses a capacitor to store data. When the data stored in the capacitor is detected, the voltage of a bit line, to which the capacitor is connected, may drop, resulting in a loss of data. Thus, to prevent the voltage of the bit line from dropping, a charge pump is used. FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram of a conventional charge pump 10. The charge pump 10 receives an external voltage VDDL through a terminal, receives an external voltage VDDH through a terminal, and is driven by the difference between the two voltages. The charge pump 10 includes a pumping capacitor C1, which is precharged to a predetermined voltage, a switching transistor T1, which is driven by a clock signal CLK, and a driving capacitor C2, which is connected to a node A through the switching transistor T1. The charge pump 10 further includes a constant current source 10-2, which maintains a current flowing through the driving capacitor C2 at a constant amount. A first current mirror 10-1, which is provided between the constant current source 10-2 and the driving capacitor C2, receives a reference current IREF output from the constant current source 10-2 and outputs a first mirror current I1, which corresponds to the reference current IREF. A second current mirror 10-3, which is provided between the pumping capacitor C1 and the driving capacitor C2, receives the first mirror current I1 output from the first current mirror 10-1 and outputs a second mirror current I2, which corresponds to the first mirror current I1. The pumping capacitor C1 is discharged through the switching transistor T1, a second current mirror 10-4, and the driving capacitor
